Once upon a time there was a carpentry workshop which, over the years, became an expert company in the design and build of professional exhibition stands.
Initially, the warehouse located in the industrial park of St Céré in the Lot, France, housed « Les Ateliers Alain Botton ». Carpenter by trade, Alain Botton decided to set up in 1996 a carpentry company specializing in the manufacture of custom-built exhibition stands.
Thus, sponsored by communication and event agencies, Alain Botton Workshops was able to build all the elements of exhibition stands, also taking care of their transportation, assembly and dismantling.
In 2004, David Comte took over the firm, retaining all the staff and their skills. Coming from the professional fitting sector which he knows well, he quickly developped the business to the growing satisfaction of his customers. The Alain Botton Workshops had become SA Creation.
In order to meet the very different needs of his customers as closely as possible, David Comte decides to diversify. First, he incorporates a 3D creation design office within the Saint-Céré warehouses. He goes on changing the company by including in 2015 its own printing workshop, enabling them to print on-site thematic visuals and signage specially created for the stands.
By his side, a versatile team of designer, carpenter, cabinetmaker, electrician, painter and technician: genuine, precise and punctual, the team is fully committed to supporting each project stand according to its volume, its complexity and its budget.
